EnduroLink is a fluid quick-disconnect coupling family from Battlefield International in Cayuga, Ontario. Battlefield positions the original EL series for fuel applications exposed to vibration, dust and temperature extremes. Its ET series carries the EnduroLink 2.0 name and develops the company’s UAV coupling offering. EL series, ET series.
EL and EnduroLink 2.0
Battlefield’s company history dates the start of EnduroLink EL design and manufacturing to 2006. It introduced the ET series in 2019 and announced EnduroLink 2.0 on 8 November that year. The two series remain separately listed in its product catalogue. Company history, EnduroLink 2.0 announcement.
Both use a push-pull connection arrangement. Battlefield’s 2020 aerospace and defence catalogue describes ET features including a dry-break connection, a rotation-lock sleeve and a visual indication ring. It also lists colour or engraved identification options to help match coupling halves. These are documented ET design features; they should not be applied automatically to every EL component. Connection and installation considerations
A quick-disconnect coupling creates a separable connection within a fluid circuit. For UAV equipment, the relevant selection depends on the fluid, operating conditions, available installation space and mating connections. Battlefield’s catalogue distinguishes body sizes, materials, end fittings and performance ratings by series, while its product pages offer customization for specific applications. The 2020 catalogue is a useful design reference, but current part-level information is needed to establish pressure ratings, seal compatibility and dimensional fit. Battlefield itself directs customers to confirm current performance data with the factory. Catalogue specification notice.
