Bilal Khan is the founder of Anvil North and Quwa (https://quwa.org), a defence news publication specializing on emerging warfighting doctrines and the technologies as well as industries feeding into them.
Quwa has been featured on CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, France24, and TRT World, with Pakistan's work commonly being cited at Pakistan's National Defence University (NDU), the Council of Foreign Relations, Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, Centre of Airpower Studies and many other institutions.
Bilal has an Honours B.A in Political Science and a Masters of International Public Policy from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. He also previously worked at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI).
